- The PTO will be gifting the 5th grade special graduation t-shirts. Our goal is to provide these t-shirts for the 5th grade t-shirts.

- PTO will provide a reusable banner and photo backdrop.

Japan’s Children’s Day Festival
ATTENTION!! :School will be showcasing Spring Performance at Japan’s Children’s Day Festival!! Don’t miss opportunity for your kids!
- Participation/Demonstrations Sub-Committee
- Principal Jones agreed to be a guest speaker at the event.
- The following performers will also be participating.
- Okinawa-Drum team
- Taido
- After school dance team
- Yajima Karate school
- Vendors/Booths Sub-Committee
- ICAG Booth: The school is interested in having an ICAG Booth if parents are willing to host it.
- Sponsors Sub-Committee
- Sponsors: The school and PTO have agreed to reach out to all businesses with our separate events.
- General/Marketing Sub-Committee
- The PTO created Facebook and Instagram pages to market the event.
VOLUNTEER NEEDED!! : we need the help of many parents to make this event a success. We would greatly appreciate it if you could help us out for an hour (or more) on the day of the event, so please sign up to volunteer here.

- ICAG ブース：学校は、保護者が主催してくれるのであれば、ICAGのブースを出店できるかもしれないと返答がありました。

- スポンサーについて、学校と PTOは、それぞれのイベントにおいて、すべての企業に働きかけることに合意しました。
- 一般／マーケティング係
- PTOは、イベントのマーケティングの為に、FacebookとInstagramのページを作りました。
ボランティア募集！！ : このイベントを成功させる為に沢山の保護者の方々のご協力が必要となります。当日、１時間(それ以上）でもお手伝いして頂けますと大変助かりますので、こちらからボランティアのご登録をお願い致します。
